Adult and Juvenile Jail/Public Service Building

This 33,000-square-foot building houses three separate divisions including administration, a 911 center, and a jail.  The new facility replaces a jail that was built in 1868.  The building houses 26 male cells, six female cells, four juvenile cells, three holding cells, one drunk cell and work release dorms for twelve inmates.  The administrative section includes a sheriffs’ office, support help, locker rooms, crime lab, library, and conference center. 

New features at the jail include:
