The market data service branch of this world wide financial firm requires maximum uptime of their facilities. Henneman Engineering has recently completed a $2M modernization of the MEP systems in an existing data processing and network hub facility in New York.  The project consisted of improving redundancy of air conditioning systems, new environmental and electrical monitoring system and revised electrical distribution.  Construction took place with limited outages for tie in to existing systems.

For another location, Henneman Engineering authored a study presenting options for expanding existing facilities, leasing CoLo space or building new data center space.  The study included a lifecycle cost analysis of capital and recurring costs of each option.  We are following up this study with assistance in site selection for new facilities.  We also provide on going assistance to this client with preventative maintenance issues.
