Henneman Engineering’s scope of work consisted of demolition and remodeling of the elementary school shop area, a portion of the cafeteria, and the district administrative offices to provide for new kindergarten and special education classrooms, new district boardroom/conference room, new district administration offices, and new storage rooms.  The retrofit consisted of masonry work, doors and frames, aluminum windows, new partitions, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, class room furnishings, open office landscape modular furnishing systems, plumbing, heating, ventilating, and electrical work.

Henneman provided complete architectural and engineering services for the project.
