In conjunction with the campus master plan, Henneman Engineering performed an evaluation of the existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. This evaluation then incorporated all projected renovations and additions for their impact on the infrastructure. A phasing plan was developed for the infrastructure to expand as the campus grows. Systems included were steam, heating hot water, chilled water, medical gasses, domestic water, fire protection, normal power, emergency power, fire alarm, and nurse call.
