Henneman is providing comprehensive Commissioning services and ancillary LEED-CI services for this project. This includes a review of contract documents for LEED-CI compliance for the following categories: Sustainable Sites, Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Innovation in Design. At the time of its inception, the project was the largest LEED-CI certification effort in the United States by square footage. Commissioning services are performed per ASHRAE Guideline 1.
