Henneman Engineering has provided comprehensive LEED/Commissioning consulting services for this 30,000-square-foot clinic. The reuse of an existing building shell, extensive use of environmentally friendly materials, and a complex, energy-efficient air handling system all proved quite challenging. Services include applying for building certification with the U.S. Green Building Council and building systems commissioning.
Henneman has reviewed construction material submittals, conducted extensive LEED credit requirement calculations, verified equipment performance, reviewed load calculations, as-built documentation, final test and balance reports, and O&M manuals.
