Henneman provided comprehensive LEED/commissioning consulting services for this project.  This included compliance with the LEED Rating System during design for the following categories: Sustainable Site, Innovation in Design, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality.  Services also included applying for building certification with the U.S. Green Building Council.  Henneman reviewed load calculations and equipment sizing, as-built documentation, and final balance reports. Commissioning services were performed per ASHRAE Guideline 1.
