Mechanical and electrical engineering services for site adaptations for cellhouse building at three locations.  Approximately 45,000 square feet for each cellhouse.  Modified prototype cellhouse design that was site adapted for three different existing correctional centers.  Fast track design state project in which the CDB had minimal responsibility.  Project was bid through a General Contractor in lieu of the standard five separate contract approach.
