New Branch Bank - Fort Jesse Road

Busey Bank

 

Busey Bank Fort Jesse is a 3,500-square-foot, single-story, stand-alone building with a steel frame structure and cast-in-place concrete foundations. The exterior enclosure system includes custom pre-insulated metal wall panels and aluminum storefront entry systems.  Roof construction consists of steel bar-joists, metal roof deck, single-ply TPO membrane to exterior scuppers, downspouts, and underground storm system.

Henneman Engineering provided professional architectural and engineering services for all phases of this design-build project, from schematic design through construction administration.  Henneman worked with the general contractor throughout the design process to fine-tune constructability issues and value engineer the project.  Henneman Engineering was responsible for coordinating work with the adjacent development and refining the plans for the building, as well as structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs.

This bank-of-the-future, with contemporary design and fully automated teller area, will serve as the bank’s prototype for future branch bank projects.
