The Drury Plaza Hotel was Phase I of a multiple hotel development. The ten-story structure with basement includes 277 guestrooms, five meeting rooms, dining facilities, laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and an adjacent 181-car, two-level parking structure.

Henneman Engineering was responsible for complete HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and communications design services.
