Operating Room Project - Phase 2 and 3

Henneman Engineering is providing full engineering services for the design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, fire protection, and low voltage systems for this project. This is a 100% renovation of floors 2, 3 and 4 of this 18-story hospital.  The project includes the replacement of operating suites on the Barnes-Jewish Hospital South Campus. 

Phase two includes work on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the East Pavilion.  A new 1,500-square-foot Central Sterile Department will be built on the 3rd floor, and new operating rooms on the 2nd floor.  Phase three includes work on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the West Pavilion.  New operating rooms will be constructed on the 2nd floor, and a new locker and change area, including a dining area and lounge will be built on the 3rd floor.
