Phase I: Emergency Department Expansion and Phase II: Administration Suite/Board Room Renovation

Henneman provided HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for this new emergency department with minor remodeling to the existing hospital.  Phase II consisted of remodeling the lower level space for new administration area and board room and completion of shelled space.

Scope of work for this facility includes:

  • Design and layout plumbing systems (domestic water distribution, sanitary waste and vent, rain water drainage)
  • Medical Gas Systems (compressed air, vacuum, oxygen)
  • New Air Handling Unit

  • Design and layout normal and emergency power needs
  • Design and layout convenience power needs (lights, receptacles, switches, special systems)
  • Visual nurse call signaling system
  • Sound System/Paging
  • Security and CCTV
