School Addition

Holy Redeemer Catholic Church

St. Louis, Missouri

The Holy Redeemer Catholic Church school addition project included the complete remodel of the existing school building, as well as the construction of new administrative offices and a new gymnasium.  Adapting the ductwork to fit into this one hundred-year-old building presented a challenge to both the engineers and architects.  However, by varying the ceiling heights and chases, all of the new MEP/FP elements have been incorporated into the design.  New boilers and roof top units, as well as all new plumbing and electrical systems were part of the scope on this project.  Henneman was responsible for all of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering.
