Snedecor Hall Renovation

Snedecor Hall is the home of Iowa State University’s world class statistics program.  This 36,000 square foot renovation will provide space for classrooms, faculty and graduate student offices, computer labs, conference rooms, and renewed public areas.  This project will correct mechanical and electrical system deficiencies and bring the building up to current code standards.  The project budget is $6M which will include site utility modifications, new equipment, design services, project administration, and project contingency. 

Henneman Engineering is responsible for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services.
