Feldman Mall Properties of New York acquired Stratford Square Mall, a two-level enclosed regional shopping center located in the western Chicago suburb of Bloomingdale.  The existing mall encompassed over 1,200,000 square feet including six major anchors.

As part of the mall's “re-tenanting” and re-imaging efforts, major renovations and additions were needed to elevate the mall to Class A status.  Henneman Engineering was responsible for engineering design services, which included fire alarm systems evaluation and expansion, common area renovations, tenant build-outs, lighting renovations, a mall entrance remodel, advertising and kiosk outlet additions, and a 15-screen theatre complex addition.
