Royal San Marcos is positioned to take advantage of the burgeoning growth of the student population in Texas.  The Outpost Apartments in San Marcos opened in August 2004.  The luxurious five building complex containing 162 apartments and 486 beds reached 100% occupancy within its first year of opening.  The complex is located less than a mile from Bobcat Stadium at Texas State University.  The modern complex surrounds a generous community area, complete with a sand volleyball court, pool, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, and a movie viewing theater.  The orientation of the building into the sloped site and the addition of a waterfall and flowing stream makes the curb appeal of this project one of Royal Properties’ finest.
 
Henneman was responsible for complete mechanical, electrical, pluming, and fire protection engineering services for this project.
