University Hall - Building Systems Upgrades

University Hall is approximately 89,500 square feet and is the largest all freshman hall on the Bradley University campus.  Improvements to the building include installation of a new HVAC system and associated electrical upgrade, replacement of existing windows and dorm room doors, installation of a fire protection system, and plumbing upgrades.  ADA issues include lobby toilet room upgrade and access to the main lobby and cafeteria.

Henneman is responsible for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design. The firm is also providing coordination services for Bradley’s asbestos designer.
