Emergency Department Renovation
St. Francis Hospital – OSF Healthcare System
Escanaba, Michigan
Escanaba, Michigan
This project is a 15,200 square foot expansion and renovation of a functioning Emergency Department.
The project required structural expansion of the existing Emergency Department and structural ties to an existing medical office building. This project was constructed with an early structural and underground plumbing bid package and a second multi phased bid package for the renovation. This allowed the Emergency Department facility to remain operational while the construction was completed transparently. The project design began in 2007 and construction will be completed in late 2008.
Henneman Engineering is responsible for complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural engineering design.
